I've spent my whole life around competition -- where pressure exposes everything.

I started Jason Atha Sales Performance because I have a passion for seeing others be successful. As a NCAA Division I baseball player at Georgia Tech, I recognized what made elite athletes so different from good ones with similar talent. It was ALWAYS the mental game. The same is true in the sales profession. Good salespeople sometimes hit their number. Great salespeople crush their target because they invest in the part everyone else overlooks -- the mind.

I've been where you are as a salesperson. I didn't connect my quota to mental performance early in my career. The result...struggling to hit my number every single year. It wasn't until I began to apply my sports background did I see my performance skyrocket!
